做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
