做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
