做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
