做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
