做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
