做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
