做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
