做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
