做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油(yóu )六(liù )成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
