做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
