做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
