做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
