做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
