做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
