做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
