做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
