做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
