做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
