做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
