做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
