做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
