做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
