做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
