做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
