做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
