做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
