做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
