做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
