做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
