做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
