做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
