做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
