做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
