做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
