做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
