做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
