做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
