做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
