做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
