做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
