做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
