做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
