做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
