做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
