做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
