做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
