做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
