做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
