做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
