做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
